is a "Platinum Virtual Tour Package?"
A
Platinum Virtual Tour Package is a complete, detailed, and
customized web page for the property. The Platinum Package
goes a step further than the Basic Virtual Tour Package.
For instance, it includes a complete property description,
a map to the property, complete contact information, the
Realtor photo, and more. Platinum Virtual Tour Packages have
several advantages:

visitors a more user-friendly and complete view of
the property
- Print
the web page and use it as a very attractive information
flyer for the home
- Includes
up to 10 Still Photos of the Property in addition to
the virtual tours

How
do I customize the look of my Platinum Virtual Tour Package?
The
first time that we create your own personal Platinum Virtual
Tour Package, we will "clip" your personal photo
from you or your company's website (if available) or you
can provide us the graphics that you would like used.
How
do I access my Platinum Virtual Tour Package?
We
will provide you with a direct web address to your listing.
Usually this URL will be based on the MLS number of the listing
(for example: tourthisplace.com/12345).
How
do I print my Platinum Virtual Tour Package?
To
print your listing, first select the "Printable Flyer" button.
We recommend you use Microsoft Internet Explorer when printing
and that you set all margins to 1 inches. You can set the
margins in Microsoft Internet Explorer by selecting the menu
option: File - Page Setup. Most listings should print on
letter size paper, but if the property description is particularly
long, you might need to print on legal size paper. If you
have any difficulty printing your listing, please contact
us and we'll be glad to help.
How
do I schedule an appointment for a virtual tour?
To
schedule a virtual tour, just fill out our online order form
or call (800) 684-8188. The KND photographer in your area
will then contact you to schedule your appointment. Many
agents find that an ideal time to schedule your virtual tour
package is during an Open House. At an Open House, you can
be sure that the property will be in ideal condition to be
photographed, and it saves you from making an extra trip
to the property!
How
long does the virtual tour appointment take?
A
standard virtual tour package (4 scenes) usually takes about
30 minutes. Please ensure that the home is ready (i.e. already
clean!) before the appointment to ensure the process goes smoothly
and quickly.
What
type of payment do you accept? When is payment due?
We
accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
Payment information will be taken over the phone or online
when the
order is taken. Your credit card will not be charged until
your virtual tour is posted.
Do
I have to be present at the appointment?
Upon
request, TourThisPlace.com will meet with the property owner
instead of the Realtor to photograph the property. However,
in such cases, the Realtor waives the right to question the
results of the photography. In addition, payment is still due
at time of service. We will accept credit cards over the phone
if the Realtor is not present at the appointment.
How
quickly will my tour be posted after the photography appointment?
The
tour will normally be posted within 24-36 hours of the appointment.
Do
your tours provide a full 360 x 360 view of the property?
Unlike
IPIX tours, our tours do not provide a complete 360 x 360 view
of the property. In other words, our tours can be rotated left
and right and slightly up and down, but do not show you the
ceiling & floor immediately over/under the camera. KND
utilizes a different type of technology for our virtual tours,
which is why we are able to provide you with a significant
cost savings over IPIX tours. In addition, our technology avoids
much of the warping evident in many IPIX tours and it provides
much better lighting of the room.
What
is the charge to post tours to Realtor.com?
Homestore,
which operates Realtor.com, charges its PicturePath partners
a $20 fee per property to distribute your tours onto Realtor.com.
This is an optional fee. Tours can be posted on most other
websites for no additional charge.
